When I found out I had pre-cancerous cells, I knew I wanted to take a different approach. I dove deep into learning how to truly take care of myself — moving my body in a way that felt good, fuelling it with nourishing foods, and really listening to what it needed to heal and thrive. What started as a personal health journey quickly turned into a passion for holistic wellness, movement, and helping other women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their own bodies.
Curves by Nicole was born from that passion — a space where women can feel supported, educated, and inspired to step fully into their strength — inside and out.
